If for any reason you need to return a product that you are not happy with, within 30 days of receipt of your order, please do one of the following:

1.   Contact us at 256-354-2353 or 256-354-2358, 12-8 PM CT, Mon-Fri

2.  Send an email to cs@ashlandgifts.com stating the reason for your return and we will contact you with return instructions.

Any item returned for any reason other than being defective may be subject to a restocking fee.  Customers may be responsible for the shipping charges.  

Any item returned after 30 days shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
